Position Overview

The NYU School of Medicine’s Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology seeks a full-time clinical dermatologist. The role focuses on outpatient clinical dermatology and provides opportunities to participate in teaching with an appointment to the faculty of the NYU School of Medicine and associated benefits.

Clinical Responsibilities and Teaching

The department offers dermatologic instruction for NYU School of Medicine students, specialty training for residents and fellows at NYU Langone Medical Center, Bellevue Hospital Center, and the Department of Veterans Affairs New York Harbor Health System – Manhattan Campus, as well as advanced training for experienced physicians through NYU Department of Continuing Medical Education. The dermatologist will also engage in collaborative research addressing significant dermatologic problems.

Compensation

Base Salary: $230,000–$270,000. Compensation and academic appointment level will be commensurate with experience.
