Job summary

Baystate Health in western Massachusetts is seeking a fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon to join our expanding Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career surgeon (approximately 2+ years from training) to build a robust academic and clinical practice within a respected health system.

You will join a team of 3 colorectal surgeons and 1 advanced practice provider, with a focus on minimally invasive and robotic techniques, inflammatory bowel

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
• Interest and expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, collaboration, and surgical education.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of 3 Colorectal Surgeons and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.
• Practice across Baystate Medical Center and affiliated community sites.
• Shape growth and contribute to academic and teaching initiatives.
