Job summary

The Enrichery is seeking an Academic Coach to support high school students in STEM, offering 1-on-1 sessions in a private office setting. Sessions run Mon–Fri 3:00–9:30pm and Sun 10:00am–6:00pm with a focus on test prep and core subjects.

Ideal candidates are currently in or have graduated from a 4-year university, available 15+ hours weekly including Sundays, and able to explain concepts clearly while building student confidence.

Job Description

What We're Looking For:

Academic Coaches who can support High School students in a range of STEM subjects, including:

• Test Prep (Preferred): ACT, SAT, ISEE
  

The Academic Coach Experience:

Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours

All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home.

A highly supportive and collaborative team environment

Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches

Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university
