Job summary

The University of Chicago Department of Radiology is expanding and seeks full-time faculty in Cardiothoracic Radiology to join our section. Appointees will cover adult cardiothoracic imaging, with remote clinical days available weekly and a schedule designed for work-life balance.

Duties include teaching, supervising trainees, scholarly activity, interdisciplinary conferences, and collaboration on AI, quantitative imaging, and imaging informatics with clinical translation.

Qualifications

• Must have medical doctorate or equivalent.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Illinois and Indiana.
• Board certified or eligible in Radiology and fellowship in Cardiothoracic Imaging.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise trainees and students.
• Engage in scholarly activity and participate in interdisciplinary conferences.
• Collaborate on research in AI, quantitative imaging, and imaging informatics with clinical translation.
