Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking an academic breast surgeon at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level to join the full-time faculty. Board eligible or ABOS-certified with fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology or Surgical Oncology with a breast focus is desired.

We offer an academic appointment with Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, a strong teaching and research environment, and a state-of-the-art breast center opening in 2026 to enhance multidisciplinary care

Qualifications

• Board eligible or ABOS board certified with fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology or Surgical Oncology with a breast focus.
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical and technical skills.
• Strong interest in teaching, research, and multidisciplinary patient care collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Join as a full-time faculty at Assistant or Associate Professor level.
• Engage in teaching, research, and multidisciplinary patient care.
• Contribute to the development of a new breast center and patient care initiatives.
