Job summary

The MetroHealth System and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine seek an academic breast surgeon at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level to join the full-time faculty. Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Surgery with fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology or Surgical Oncology with a breast focus.

The MetroHealth Center for Breast Health is expanding, with a new state-of-the-art breast center opening in the summer of 2026.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Surgery with fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology or Surgical Oncology with a breast focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical and surgical care for breast disease.
• Teach and supervise residents and fellows; participate in morning rounds and conferences.
• Engage in research activities and participate in multidisciplinary patient care teams.
