Job summary

Temple University Hospital (TUH) collaborates with Fox Chase Cancer Center (FCCC) to recruit a fellowship-trained, board-certified Breast Surgeon. The role focuses on comprehensive surgical management of breast disease within a premier academic division, with participation in tumor boards and close collaboration with plastic surgery, medical and radiation oncology, radiology, pathology, and genetics.

The candidate will teach residents and medical students while advancing research and quality

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school and board certification in general surgery.
• Fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology or CGSO is preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical management of benign and malignant breast disease.
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast tumor boards.
• Educate residents and medical students; contribute to academic activities.
• Engage in practice growth, community outreach and quality improvement initiatives.
