UVA Health in Charlottesville, VA, invites AB anesthesia certified or eligible candidates to join our Anesthesiology Faculty. The role spans clinical care, resident/CRNA supervision, and teaching at the UVA School of Medicine with potential for research involvement.

We offer both tenure-ineligible and tenure-eligible tracks within a robust academic environment. The department serves ~60,000 patients annually across multiple locations and centers.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree and completed an anesthesiology residency.
• American Board of Anesthesiology certified or certification-eligible.

Responsabilités

• Provide anesthesia care in diverse clinical settings.
• Supervise residents and CRNAs and mentor teaching fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Engage in research activities if interested and aligned with academic priorities.
