Qualifications

• Must have M.D., D.O., or M.D./Ph.D.
• Must be board-eligible or certified in Anatomic Pathology/Clinical Pathology or Anatomic Pathology.
• California professional license or eligibility for licensure in California is required.
• Must be US Citizen or hold an employment visa
• Must possess two to five years’ experience in a clinical or academic setting that includes clinical care, teaching and research for appointment at Assistant/Associate/Full Professor in Clinical (X) or Health Sciences Clinical Professor series.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical service as part of subspecialty teams and participate in intraoperative diagnoses.
• Work with tumor boards and clinico-pathologic conferences.
• Contribute to teaching across clinical, didactic and small-group formats for residents and medical students.
• Engage in curriculum development in subspecialty areas.
• Participate in service activities and professional societies or committees.
• Collaborate on research/scholarly projects within UC Davis Health System.
