College Track is seeking an Academic Advisor in Aurora, CO to guide scholars through their college journeys. You will build relationships, analyze data, and support 120 high school students with individualized plans and workshops.
You will collaborate with peers and site teams, facilitate content, and host one-on-one advising, with a strong emphasis on in-person engagement and equity-driven outcomes. Compensation ranges from $60,500 to $72,500 annually.
As our Academic Advisor, you will help support and guide College Track scholars through their academic journeys, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and individualized plans they need to successfully matriculate into colleges that align with their academic and personal goals. Compensation: This position is Full-Time , Exempt . The full compensation range for Academic Advisor in Aurora, CO is $60,500-$72,500/y ear with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $63,500 - $66,499/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
