Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills evidenced in application materials.
• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience working directly with students in higher education.
• One year's experience understanding developmental and proactive advising practices or closely related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training for academic advisors.
• Supervise new advisors until they transition to their team supervisors.
• Collaborate with content experts to deliver training multiple times per year.
• Maintain training modules using NACADA, NASPA best practices.
• Analyze gaps in advisor knowledge and provide training or desk-side coaching.
