Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years clerical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and assign abuse reports from the Florida Abuse Hotline.
• Coordinate with FAHIS, CIS and CCWIS to track investigations.
• Provide clerical support for the Family Safety Unit.
• Prepare intake case records for Child Protective Investigator.
• Archive case files and maintain rotation logs.
• Create case folders and assist with mail/closure letters.
• Cover holiday shifts as needed.
