Zusammenfassung

Invesco’s Structured Investments team analyzes and positions public and private asset-backed investments across mutual funds, ETFs, and institutional accounts. The role focuses on underwriting, researching, and formulating investment strategies under senior guidance.

The analyst will use Excel, Python, and VBA to monitor credits, develop outlooks, and contribute to market commentary while building relationships with loan originators and sell-side contacts.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of experience in underwriting asset-backed securities or private asset-backed finance investments.
• Familiarity with Intex and Bloomberg.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Python and VBA programming skills are a plus.
• CFA charterholder or pursuit thereof preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with portfolio managers and analysts on asset-backed investment strategies across public and private assets.
• Underwrite public ABS and private asset-backed finance investments including consumer loans and various structures.
• Conduct market research and assist senior team members in formulating an investment outlook.
• Develop relationships with loan originators and sell-side contacts to facilitate deal flow.
• Draft periodic investment commentary for internal and external audiences.
• Interact with retail and institutional investors as needed.
