Eye Catching Jobs is seeking a Doctor of Optometry (OD) to join our family-owned optometry group in Tucson, AZ. The role combines private-practice autonomy with the support and patient flow of Visionworks, in a hybrid built environment dedicated to high-quality eye care.

You will deliver comprehensive eye examinations, participate in care coordination across the Visionworks network, and advise patients on eyewear options while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• OD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Arizona license or ability to obtain before start.
• Patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and determine treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with patients and team across Visionworks network.
• Educate patients on eyewear options and contact lens fitting.
