As a retail associate, you will assist with store operations and help meet sales goals while maintaining the store's appearance. Candidates should be skilled in customer service and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Competenze

• Prior retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in retail.
• Ability to work night and weekend shifts.

Job Summary

To provide a fun and memorable shopping experience at Journeys while assisting with basic store operations and achieving store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
