Ragsdale Liggett PLLC, a Raleigh-based litigation firm, seeks an Associate Attorney with at least five years of civil litigation and insurance defense experience to join its litigation team.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills and should be comfortable handling depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Background in insurance defense preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.

Responsibilities

• Litigate cases on behalf of clients.
• Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
