Supervisor Support Manager – Role Overview

As a Supervisor Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered to our clients. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of direct care staff, including Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants, and Direct Support Professionals.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of care provided, adhering to policies and best practices.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Client Relations: Work closely with clients and families to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee scheduling, staff evaluations, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, etc.).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within healthcare or disability support services.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Empathy and the ability to motivate and support a diverse team.
