Qualifications

• Candidates should be compassionate and eager to work with children with Autism.
• No prior ABA experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be willing to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisor(s) to enhance treatment effectiveness.
