Job summary

Centria Autism seeks an Entry-Level Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy for children with autism across homes, schools, centers, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans created by BCBAs, teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and collect session data while documenting progress.

You will collaborate closely with clinical supervisors and families to support clinical excellence and ethical care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in homes, schools, centers, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and document progress.
• Collaborate with clinical supervisors and families.
