Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (APT) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join our outpatient clinic, home, and school/community settings in Kentucky. You’ll deliver ABA therapy under supervision, implement ITPs, and help families access resources while collaborating with BCBA/lead RBT teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification a plus.
• Experience in a pediatric environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provides Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in an outpatient clinic, home, or school/community setting.
• Implements Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) under the direction of the BCBA/consultants.
• Facilitates and assists in identifying resources and support information for patients and families.
• Provides detailed daily treatment notes in EMR system to ensure proper billing of services provided.
• Discusses appropriate referrals for additional services with BCBA as needed.
• Completes all documentation and supervisory requirements as required by state board for RBT.
• Proactively communicates with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and team members to support client needs.
• Participates in therapy meetings and CEU trainings to maintain licensure.
• Complies with federal, state, and local certification requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
