Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated staff to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in home and community settings. You will implement skill-building and behavior support plans, recording data with electronic devices, and collaborating with a clinical team.

Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma or equivalent, and RBT certification is required before working. This is a part-time role with possibilities for advancement and a commitment of at least 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working in this role.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Candidates should be willing to commit for 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
