ABA 360 in New Jersey is actively seeking part-time one-on-one ABA technicians to support children with Autism in home or community settings. No prior experience is required; training is provided, and you will work closely with families and clinicians to implement skill-building plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and a calm demeanor.
• Reliable transportation.
• Need to know: Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• All positions start off part time.
• Encouraged to take the 40 hour RBT course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
