Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement behavior modification and skill acquisition plans, while ensuring accurate documentation and timely billing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children.
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification through BACB.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow the behavior treatment plan and guide therapy.
• Submit billing timely and ensure documentation supports services.
• Update availability in the EMR system and inform Client Advocate of changes.
• Communicate with Client Advocate and Supervisor regarding assigned clients.
• Adhere to the BACB code of ethics in service delivery and professionalism.
