Job summary

Actify ABA Therapy is seeking a Community-Based Referral Coordinator for a field-based role across Maryland. You will build and nurture referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, and community partners to connect families with ABA services.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM, with pay starting at $20+/hour based on experience. This is a growth-oriented role with opportunities to expand responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ABA therapy required.
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, autism services preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with regular local travel and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, and other referral sources.
• Educate providers on ABA therapy, service models, and intake process.
• Identify and develop new referral channels in assigned territories.
• Coordinate incoming referrals and hand off to intake team.
• Follow up with referral sources to maintain engagement.
• Represent Actify ABA Therapy at community events and provider offices.
• Track outreach and referral activity to support growth and accountability.
