Action Behavior Centers in Oakdale, MN is hiring Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Expect to follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and support skill development in communication, social and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required as part of hiring process.
• Bachelor’s Degree proof required (diploma or official transcript).
• Experience not required; paid training provided.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth and success.
