Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking part-time staff to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. No prior experience is required, and paid training is offered to help you begin supporting children with Autism and their families.

You will work as part of a caring clinical team, recording progress and collaborating with families to enhance treatment effectiveness. Flexible afternoons/evenings make this a great entry point into psychology and education fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
