Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide in-home ABA services for children with Autism. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as available, and no prior experience required thanks to comprehensive training.

You will work with a clinical team to implement skill-building plans, record session data, and support families in a positive learning environment. A 40-hour RBT course is required with a 6-month commitment.

Need To Know
  • Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
  • All positions start off part-time.
  • The schedule is:
  • Monday-Friday: 4pm-7pm
  • Saturday/Sunday: open availability
  • Only 20 hours per week
  • Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
