Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans, recording session data accurately, fostering a positive learning environment, and collaborating with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Need to Knows

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6-month commitment required.
