Job summary

ABA360 seeks an entry-level Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings after school hours. No prior experience is required, and we offer support toward RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with autism.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
