Qualifications

• 1 year of Special Education preferred.
• 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with children with Autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA Therapy sessions with children with Autism and implement customized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to provide Parent Training and involve the whole family.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and internal teams.
• Communicate progress, concerns, and recommendations to clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes.
