Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking an experienced Male Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA services for a 14-year-old boy with autism.

You will work closely with the family to implement behavioral plans and support skill development. Candidates must be male, have RBT experience, autism background, and be physically fit to safely manage active moments while staying calm and professional.

The client is very strong, so we're looking for someone who is physically fit, confident, and able to safely support active behaviors while remaining calm and professional.

• Male RBT required
• Previous RBT experience is REQUIRED
• Experience working with children with autism is MUST
• Physically fit and able to safely support an active client
• Patient, dependable, energetic, and compassionate
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Two (2) Forms of Identification
• Copy of High School Diploma or GED
• Three (3) Reference Letters
• Completed Medical Form (we will provide the form during the hiring process)
