A behavioral therapy provider in Iowa is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide direct patient care and implement ABA treatment plans. Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with autism spectrum disorder preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect accurate data.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Monitor and document patient progress.
• Support and train families on behavior strategies.
