Job summary

Behavioral Intervention Psychological Services PC in Hempstead, NY, seeks an ABA Therapist (RBT) to support autistic children in 1:1 sessions. The role offers hourly pay from $17 to $30, with $17 for training and non-clinical hours and $20-$30 for direct clinical care.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing supervision. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekday afternoons/evenings and at least one weekend session.
• Must be able to commit to 12-15 hours of Direct Care per week.
• Driver's License and own car for transportation to client homes daily.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• No experience necessary; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in delivering direct care.
• Follow plans created by the BCBAs to help improve children's life skills.
• Collect data to track progress and outcomes.
• Attend monthly clinical meetings and participate in team discussions.
