Job summary

Precious Care ABA in Delran, NJ, seeks a Behavior Tech Rockstar to work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes. No formal ABA experience is required; our BCBA team will train and mentor you to feel confident and supported.

You’ll gain hands-on behavioral health experience while helping kids learn, grow, and gain life-changing skills in a hands-on role with flexible schedules and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• High school diploma and one ABA-related course (e.g. RBT training) recommended.
• Experience in education or autism-related field is recommended.
• Ability to work hands-on with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA-based sessions in clients' homes.
• Collect data and track progress during sessions.
• Collaborate with families to support skill transfer to daily life.
• Engage children with engaging activities to foster learning.
