Job summary

Able Autism Therapy Services is opening a brand-new location in Phoenix and is seeking an ABA Therapist/RBT to work under a BCBA supervision providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children. You will implement treatment plans, collect data daily, and maintain detailed progress notes while collaborating with the team.

The role emphasizes growth, tuition support, and a supportive clinic culture. Requirements include a High School Diploma, RBT certification, CPR/First Aid, and fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Collect daily data as specified by the BCBA.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the clinical direction of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans provided by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate skills and behavior data daily.
• Provide behavior support at our center.
• Complete daily data sheets and progress notes.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attend weekly meetings and training as requested.
