aba360 is seeking part-time ABA assistants to provide one-on-one services to children with Autism in clients' homes or community locations in New Jersey. You will help implement skill-building plans, record data, and support families in daily routines.

No experience is required; training and supervision are provided. This entry-point role offers flexible hours, a supportive team, and a path toward growth in ABA and related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision of clinical team.
• Record session data accurately on electronic devices.
