Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) in Washington for in-person and evolving virtual ABA services. Begin with in-home or school-based clients, with growth into hybrid/virtual opportunities as the program expands.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, data collection, and implementing individualized treatment plans. Requires WA CBT certification, HS diploma, reliable transport, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting data.
• Reliable transportation for in-person services.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
• Willingness to begin with in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Begin with in-home or school-based services.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Collect session data and document in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• As opportunities arise, potentially provide hybrid or virtual ABA services.
