You will work as part of a clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and record session data. Flexible afternoon/evening hours are available, with opportunities for growth in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as part of the clinical team, executing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
