Role Overview

This position supports children with autism through evidence-based ABA services, helping them reach independence and positive behavior. It is ideal for individuals with no prior experience, offering flexible, part-time scheduling and the opportunity to grow within the ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Need to Know

• Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
• All positions start as part-time.
• Encouraged to complete the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6‑month commitment required.
