Apploi is seeking a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our in-person team in New Jersey. The role requires at least one year of ABA experience and involves implementing individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles under supervision.

You will work closely with families and the team to drive child progress. Responsibilities include applying ABA strategies during sessions, collecting data, and maintaining clear communication with caregivers and the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience working in ABA with children with Autism (1 year or more).
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with ABA terms and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA strategies and techniques during therapy sessions with clients.
• Monitor and document client progress, including data collection.
• Communicate with families, caregivers and other team members effectively.
