Job summary

Therapy Associates ABA Services is seeking an ABA Therapist to join our in-person team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of ABA experience working with children with autism and will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will monitor client progress with data collection, communicate with families and caregivers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working in ABA with children with Autism (1 year or more).
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with ABA terms and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA strategies and techniques during therapy sessions with clients.
• Monitor and document client progress, including data collection.
• Communicate with families, caregivers and other team members effectively.
