Job summary

aba360 is hiring entry-level ABA technicians to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community sites in New Jersey. No experience is required, and most roles start part-time with afternoon or evening hours, offering flexible schedules and a meaningful way to help children with Autism.

You will work with a clinical team, record session data, and connect with families; a 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course is encouraged. A minimum 6-month commitment is requested.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Services will be provided in clients' homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Education
