Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community-based locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support skill-building and care plans as a member of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
