Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking caring individuals to provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism in New Jersey. You’ll support independence and positive behaviors through one-on-one interventions, while working with a clinical team to implement care plans.

No prior experience required; the role is ideal for students or those entering the field, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling in residential or community settings.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
