Job summary

RCG Health Network is hiring a Behavioral Technician/ABA Therapist to work with children with autism in center-based and in-home settings in Virginia. The role involves applying ABA principles, data collection, and collaboration with families under supervision of a Behavior Analyst.

Ideal candidates have a background with individuals aged 0–21, willingness to obtain supervision, and the ability to transport clients with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred; coursework in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology or related field encouraged.
• Background check within 180 days of application and supervision for 180 days required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients and implement daily activities per treatment plan.
• Support family training and integrate behavioral modification strategies at home or natural environments.
• Complete documentation including data, daily notes, and weekly billing records accurately and timely.
