Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking part-time RBTs to deliver in-home and community-based ABA therapy, collecting data and guiding skill development. You’ll work with our caring BCBAs to apply behavior-analytic techniques in real-world settings, while maintaining strong communication with families and team members.

We offer a flexible schedule, RBT training, and opportunities to advance within the ABA field; pay ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour, with potential bonuses and a supportive work life

Qualifications

• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Excellent time management skills
• Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes
• Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism
