Job summary

Golden Care Therapy NY is seeking a compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist, you will provide ABA therapy to children with Autism, delivering sessions in both languages and collaborating with families and a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct parent training, maintain progress records, and participate in ongoing professional development in a home-based or clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, speech therapy, or occupational therapy.
• Experience working with children with Autism and their families.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy sessions, individually or in small groups, to children with Autism.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct parent training to empower families with skills and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
