Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Behavioral Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No experience is required, with opportunities to join the BK Academy and pursue RBT training.

Role offers part‑time hours with after-school and weekend scheduling, allowing flexibility for students while delivering meaningful therapeutic support to children with Autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
