ChildServe in Des Moines seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to implement ABA programs under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. You’ll work directly with children and families, delivering interventions and tracking progress toward individualized goals.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:45am–4:45pm, with 40 hours per week guaranteed. We offer robust benefits, ongoing training, and ample opportunities for professional growth in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or active RBT Certification required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with children with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA programs as written by the Behavior Analyst.
• Maintain records, collect data and complete treatment notes on schedule.
• Participate in training and staff meetings to stay competent.
• Follow BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code applicable to behavior technicians.
• Perform other duties within the program scope and certification.
• Provide direct care in Autism Day Health Program if needed.
