Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a part-time ABA professional to deliver one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings in Iowa. You will implement skill-building plans, collect data, and support families under supervision.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; commitment to making a difference for children with autism is essential. Flexible schedules and immediate onboarding are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
